Rollins College Engagement: Jacqueline & Paul

Rollins College Engagement: Jacqueline & Paul Orlando Wedding Photographer | Orlando Wedding Videographer | Unashamed Imaging

Jacqueline and Paul met in Las Vegas through friends! They happened to be living in the same city in VA (at the time), and started hanging out after they returned back home. So, for these two beauties- what happened in Vegas, did not stay in Vegas (lol). Paul serves in the Navy, so they have been long distance most of their relationship, but that doesn't effect their flame of love. It is well lit. They are so thankful that they found each other during their trip to Vegas. Jacqueline says, "It was destiny."

What did you do on your first date? Jacqueline and Paul went to dinner on their first date. Paul loves to eat. They also saw a movie, and talked for hours about their goals in life and how much they had in common. What do you guys like to do for fun? Visit the beach, go wine tasting, or do something novel and spontaneous.

The Proposal: Details About the Proposal

Paul proposed on his 30th birthday (4/17/16). I surprised him with a trip to New Orleans because he had never been, and I received the ultimate surprise. He proposed at dinner after shocking me with some "fake bad news" that completely threw me off from thinking a proposal was coming that evening. Next thing I knew he was on one knee and I was completely shocked. Afterward we celebrated the night away on Bourbon street with two of our closest friends. It was intimate, timely, and absolutely perfect. "No Ocean Can Surpass The Waves of Their Love"

How about the ring: Tell us a bit about it.: The ring is from Zales.

Jacqueline's Outfits ASOS (pink dress); Sheike (gray and white) Paul's Outfits Armani exchange ( black suit); Topman (blue suit) From The Photographer: I was super excited to shoot their Engagement-Session because Jackie Haywood and I talked about the look and vibe for their session and I was ready to make it happen. Paul mentioned this one look that he really wanted to have and I knew the perfect spot to execute what what they were both looking for. The day started off well and we met on Church Street in Downtown, Orlando. When I saw Jacqueline I felt like she could be my sister or cousin, and it was ironic that we wore the same colors- lol. I immediately gave them both a hug and we hit it off. Thanks Ron for capturing some of the behind the scenes footage; it was a great session to capture. I love all of my Engagement Sessions, but I don't always have someone recording the shoot so it was great to have you with us!
