Booking Fee:

Once the contract has been signed the client agrees to pay the non-refundable booking-payment and agrees to the terms and conditions for the remaining balance due, your date is officially locked. Total remaining balance is to be paid no later than thirty-days (30 days) before the scheduled shoot date (wedding date.). Any other agreements/arrangements made to the contract must be made in writing in the form of an addendum to the primary contract. Travel fees are added to the invoice before the final payment invoice or can be divided into two payments via the second and final invoice.
 

I. Non-Destination Booking Payment - $1,000 USD.
II. Destination Booking Payment - $2,000 USD.
III. General Booking Payment - $700.00 USD.

Reservation(s) of date(s) are set once the client has paid the non-refundable Booking payment amount due.

Payments & Late Payments:
The client also agrees to make all payments as scheduled and/or outlined on the official contract for the amounts listed on invoice sent to client.
The Client also acknowledges and agrees that no date(s) shall be booked until the non-refundable Booking payment has been paid in full. Failure to make payments as agreed upon will result in cancellation of booking with no refunds issued by the company to offset loss of business. Failure to pay remaining balance (if due) will result in non-delivery of final products and/or cancellation of services with no refunds issued to the client(s) by the Company to offset loss of business. Legal action will be initiated based on client failure to adhere to contractural agreement as warranted.  

- All payments will be scheduled via PayPal. Interest of 3% (three-percent) will be added to all late payments; percentage-rate doubles for every late day.

- Failure to make payments to Company as agreed upon will result in ceasing of editing any photographic and/or video-productions until payment(s) have been made by the client to place client within good standing as the client acknowledges and agrees that their responsibility to all terms, conditions, and language within the official contract are binding. Failure to make payments as agreed upon and signed by the client can result in cancellation of booking by Unashamed Imaging, LLC. at company discretion. 

- Payment of total balance does not expedite the editing process or final delivery. 
 

 

Refunds/Cancellation Policy: For Destination Weddings, General Booking, and Non-Destination Weddings
The client acknowledges and agrees that Company shall issue no refunds of all monies paid by the client in order to offset Company’s loss of business. Change of date availability is subject to photographer and/or videographer availability and receipt of a new service contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date and/or the client is no longer in need of services as a result of separation of the immediate couple (for weddings only) within a timeframe of 6 months prior to the original scheduled wedding date, no refunds shall be issued.

All monies paid (including the non-refundable booking-payment ) are non-refundable to offset Company’s loss of business.

For changed dates, if no availability can be met by the Company, no refunds shall be issued although the originally booked contract has been terminated to offset Company’s loss of business.

Any cancellation occurring less than three-months prior to the scheduled shoot date will not initiate any form of refund to the client to offset Company’s loss of business. 


Taxes & Mileage/Travel:

All tangible products will be added a 6.5% sales tax.
 

Travel up to 50 miles each way from Orlando (32803) is included. Travel fees for events exceeding a total of 100 miles round-trip will be charged at a rate of $1.00 per each additional mile up to a maximum of 200 miles.
