What a beautiful weekend it was in celebration of Cecil & Ijay; now officially known as Mr. and Mrs. Williams! It's amazing how you can know someone for decades but never realize that someone will end up being your significant other. Ijay and Cecil met over 20 years ago, but didn't start dating until 2002. 11 years later Cecil popped the question.
