Did you know that you can now start a poll on your personal Facebook page? If not, well now you know and it's an awesome feature for so many reasons. We have been creating a "poll-like" feel to our personal posts by asking people to use specific emjois to respond to a poll-like question in our statuses. Did this work? Of course, but it also meant that you might have to respond or like to a lot of comments and it's possible that you may miss some if it's of abundance. Now we can create a poll on our personal pages! Even if you like the emoji concept, you can one-up that with a GIF! Here's how to set up a POLL on your personal page.: 1. Enter the question you want to ask as your status. 2. Fill in the poll options for respondents to choose from. 3. Choose an image or GIF for each option (totally optional). 4. Set a timeframe for the poll. (I highly recommend doing this). Tip: You can create a poll from your smartphone as well. It took me less than a 45 seconds to create this one. See below.

HOW CAN IT HELP IN BUSINESS (Here's how you can use Facebook Polls on your personal page to help you in business)

1. New Business Owner Create a poll on your personal page and ask specific questions to help you narrow down your brands energy. For example, let's say you're a Wedding Photographer, but you can't seem to choose three brand words that reflect your work. No worries. Create a poll and let people share how your work makes them feel. Here's how to do it. 1. Enter the question you want to ask as your status.

2. Newsletter Poll Create a poll on your personal page and ask specific questions to help you narrow topics for your newsletter that you're struggling with. For example, let's say you're a Florist, but you can't seem to choose what to focus on for the next two months within your newsletter. Create a poll and let people that these are popular topics that your audience wants you to speak on, but you're stuck on which ones to choose from. 1. Enter the main question you want to ask as your status. 2. Fill in the poll options for respondents to choose from. 3. Choose an image or GIF for each option (totally optional). 4. Set a timeframe for the poll. (I highly recommend doing this).

While these are just a small few, there are so many ways that you can use this new feature to your benefit. Sit back and come up with some innovative poll ideas. Roll them out and enjoy!
